Embassy Suites by Hilton Springfield

To be a 5 star hotel this was not. From no greeting when arriving to having to change rooms twice. Sheets not clean. T.v. not working in the bedroom. Mold in the shower. Went to the breakfast they serviced microwave oven or toaster oven waffles. Ran out of milk and only had skim milk. Needless to say it's not a 5 star. More like 2 or 3 star.

We stayed there March 12-14 for a weekend getaway. I highly recommend the 2-room suite. Everything was perfect! We are already planning to go back.

Every member of the front desk staff have been exceptional! I have seen someone new everyday this week and the consistent pleasantries are endless. The Director of Operations is also the epitome of great service. He brought up plates and cups on two different trips. (As I wasn't prepared and had small children in the room) He also checked our heat and showed me how to work it upon return to the room...nnGREAT PLACE TO STAY!

Nice staff, clean and we'll appointed room. Breakfast is fairly standard free breakfast fare. Would stay here again without hesitation.

Pros: Drew at the front desk, who was courteous and on top of everything, and a woman (didn’t catch her name) working the breakfast line, who started each day with such positive attitude. In general, a nice hotel with a good restaurant.nnCons: found clothing left over from the previous guests. I returned it to front desk but never heard from a manager. I know you can’t get Covid from clothes, but this being my first hotel stay in a long time —and with my older parents—it did not provide reassurance. We also reported a few light bulbs that weren’t working in the room, but no one replaced them.
