I have family emergency I need to go back to Thailand. Miss nuttanun took care me very well. It was amazing experience with her and Embassy . She make sure I have a flight back to Thailand in hard time situation. She contact me and make sure I could go see my family. after office hours she help me prepare paperwork to go see my family. Thank you so much. I really appreciated you and Thai Embassy.

Although; my arrival was unexpected and my appearance disheveled, the consular officer answered my questions well and politely. A 14 hour drive, from Florida, didn't go as expected, but my path was more clear... thanks to the nice Thai man. Kop khun kop.

Had a difficult time getting a hold of anyone on the phone to help with travel and the paper work processes. Numerous phone messages and was only able to get information on calling the other embassy.

Wasting Thais’ tax money. None of them seems working call 10 times, no one picked up the phone leave message few times no one calls back. Wonder why these people are even here.
