Horrible!!! We travel from Greensboro early in the morning that his appointment was at 10.15am and they end up calling him inside the build until 1.30pm. They are unprofessional their educational is very low and unorganized. Everybody had a attitude when we ask questions knowing we are very tired as well being outside the cool with no food and water. If they don't like what they do then they should never apply a position where they cannot handle!!! -10 out of 10

Oh my Gosh. I went with a friend of mine and was treated like royalty, Miss Mercedes the Counsil was so courteous and ethical and the staff was wonderful. Great experience with them. Thank you.

Terrible customer service. No information desk when I went. The employees are rude with no patience. Also, this place was very unprofessional because there is no order. I had a number and at the time I went inside the building the number was worthless due to them not having order. They didn't even have pens to fill out a form. The consul was asking for a pen instead of providing them to the people.

Very poor service, there is no control whatsoever over who has an appointment or not. Had an appointment at 10:40 am and it is 1:30 pm waited for hours to finally get my picture taken. I am really dissatisfied at their customer service. No social distancing enforced. Nothing. If the health department were to see this, they would probably shutdown the office.nPlus people that are scheduled to a later time, get to go in before. It is rude and unfair for people waiting for hours for “their scheduled appointment.”

Worst place to go I'd rather be in the MVA/DMV on a wait then here. No organization, they say one thing do another.
