The owner, Rusty went above and beyond to help me with the process of choosing a memorial stone for my father who recently passed. He kept me updated during the entire process from stone arrival to placement in the cemetery. Very friendly and quick to answer messages both phone and email. I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone in need.

I ordered a headstone on May 11,2020 and I have not received the headstone and they won’t return calls. I have reported them to the better business bureau. Has anyone received a refund? I am definitely trying to get a refund for the 1200.00 deposit. This is the worst place to deal with when you’re grieving because I feel like they are actually taking advantage of grieving families
Unresponsive business and they have taken $1700 since February for a memorial bench that I ordered. It is 6 months overdue and I have had no updates, no responses to emails or phone calls. The owner gave me the run around in July and has not given me an answer about he status of my order. Anyone that has written a review here, please contact me to see how we can resolve this if you have lost your money as well.
Went to Oakview MEMORIALS to either to get my money or to finish paying the last $226.00 and there was no response buy phone or on personal.About to report them to the Better Business Bureau
