Highly disappointed. My best friends baby shower was today. She picked up her cake and had tears. The picture she submitted of the cake she wanted was no where near the cake she got. They didn't even try. Their excuse was that they didn't have everything they needed to get it done but yet, she was never contacted. It was suppose to be marble but is was more of chunks of chocolate. Lettering was crooked. We (as a family ) get cakes here all the time but this was some bs. Especially for a special occasion. My friend called me crying. I wish I can post the pictures of what it was suppose to be and what she got.
