Cold Stone Creamery

Poor customer service! Employees were gossiping with each other while I was trying to put in my order. This is one of my favorite ice cream establishments and it was very unfortunate to see poor customer service like this. I've never experienced poor customer service at a Cold Stones other then this location. I will no longer return to this location ever again!

I like this peaceful location. The staff is personable and fast.

I really like their ice cream. It's the only ice cream that i will buy at this point. It's made fresh at the shop daily and the options of ice cream/toppings/ combinations is the most varied for this area. I highly recommended this place.

The ice cream was delicious but the waffle cone looked and tasted like dirt ud83eudd14 it was burnt or something. Neither a regular waffle cone or a chocolate dipped - just like straight up black. Weird.
