Awful awful Awful, went in for my neck, she massaged everything but that. She slaps your back, hits your back the lady uses her FEET to massage your back, barely can understand anything she says or can interpret English but has the nerve to ask you how much you will tip her at the end! Definitely not a licensed masseuse or anything close to that! Anyone who leaves a good review is either a friend, herself or definitely receiving an extra massage.....Terrible experience!

like this store from the bottom of my heart. I feel that the staff are enthusiastic and the technique is very good in the store. After every physiotherapy, the whole person feels very relaxed

If I could give a negative star I would. This was the worst massage I've ever received. She made me pay before we started and even requested for me to tip before the massage. When the massage was over I gave her $10 and requested change and she wouldn't give it to me. I took my money back and then she tried to block the door so I wouldn't leave. This place is terrible please do not go here.nnEdit: I think it's very funny that you responded saying it wasn't true but someone else had a review of my same experience. Y'all are not licensed massage therapists and have no idea what you are doing. You should be shut down.

Very stiff neck pain from this weeks work and I needed some help so I gave Vivian spa a visit and i am so happy I did ! Thank you so much !
