I would like to add the service department was great. We had trouble getting the refrigerator to come on and they were willing to talk us thru the reset procesens to get it going saving all parties time. The whole exchane was positive good job to all.
So impressed with the rental process at this Penske location! I've rented with UHaul in the past and it was always a disaster. With Penske, I reserved online, and immediately began getting confirmations of my order. I received a call from a live person at this location to confirm the details of my reservation. When we arrived to pick up the truck, everything was ready and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the truck was SUPER CLEAN! We had absolutely no issues at all with the pick up/drive/drop off- which is not something I can say about a single interaction I've had with UHaul. The price and availability were good, and I will be a Penske customer for life.
Big fan of Penske in general have used them 10 times and have had positive experiences every time. This location has good people, super helpful, despite the COVID associated challenges.
Poor service 3 of the 5 times we've rented. Trucks never have all equipment their supposed to waited on a truck 3 hrs past booked time causing my customers a hard time.
Excellent customer service. Can always get a truck when I need one.
