My mom, sister, and I all went in and got a full set of acrylics, they tried charging my mom $10 extra than my sister and they got the same exact thing! Then charged her an extra $15 for “gel” and she didn’t even ask for gel! Mine were great and looked just how I wanted, however after getting a shower, the top coat on my matte nails disappeared and now it’s all sticky! My moms nails were uneven and she had to argue with her person for about 20 minutes about it. Then my mom tried to get her eyebrows waxed, and they were uneven too! Her right eyebrow is WAY longer than the left. Now that could be Bc they took off HALF of her left brow! 0/10 would not recommend.
That Linh or Lynn is very rude, (young girl who sits by the door to the right when you enter). She’s very rude. Doesn’t speak back when you look directly at her. Her remarks are terrible. And when she does respond, her responses are unprofessional.
This is a really nice nail salon. Only thing though is that they switch after every step. Like 1 person files and prepares your nails, then another person applaud the tips, then another person applies the acrylic, then another person does the rest. So nobody ever really knows what’s going on lol oh and I got asked if I wanted powder nails at least 20 times.
Wonderful service and love my nails
This was my first time going to this salon, and I appreciated how quickly and professionally the staff was. They took me as a walk-in, and were very helpful with answering any questions I had. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the Hammond area.
