My husband and I were looking for furniture when we discovered this store. Tammy helped us. She took her time and was very patient with us..... We are old -LOL. We would up not buying anything that day but we will be back. Thanks Tammy!!!
We bought a livingroom set paid cash they told us the earliest delivery date would be 9/17/20 which was almost 2 weeks from the date we paid..comes 9/17 we called to see what time they was delivering it,the response was between 4-7pm ..7pm they still hadnt delivered we call the store,was assured they would bring it...they did not! Horrible customer service.
I bought a loveseat at Furniture Mart today, and I had the best experience !! Mila helped me,with my purchase, and she was very professional, and considerate, and made sure I was completely happy with my choice. I would recommend her,and Furniture Mart highly to anyone!!
Ms Tammy and her staff are amazing! She really cares about the customer.
