I enjoyed it I found the living room set that I really wanted it I should have bought it that day that I saw it but I didn't the next day which was Tuesday it was raining so crazy I couldn't go back so when I went back on Wednesday it was gone it was a beautiful living room set the people that on the store that waited on me and took that time to help me out with very very friendly and that I appreciate that

Limited selection. Messy presentation and overpriced for furniture that isn't very well cared for within the warehouse itself.

So incredibly grateful for Rock Bottom in more ways than one! I had no idea they were an Ashley furniture distributor. I ordered a recliner, jewelry cabinet, and a futon. Also got a lift bed for my mom to use which, by remote, will lift the foot of the bed or raise the head of the bed. It also has a vibrating/massage feature which will be great for my mom's back pain. While they were they delivering the furniture we got a call that my brother + sister were involved in a car accident. This sent my mom into an anxiety attack and Rock Bottom Furniture was there with her. They sprung into action and treated my mom like she was their momma. They helped her calm down, read scriptures together and got her back to a calm state. I am so grateful for the incredible product, wonderful service and kind, compassionate way they handled the situation. Did I fail to mention that during delivery they setup the furniture, too. So highly recommended!
