Dealt with them years ago. Rented a living room set, and when my income reduced, I asked them to pick it up. The person in charge (can't remember his name anymore) asked me what I could afford, I told him, and he said he would get back with me. A few weeks later, he called me, threatening to call the cops to get the rental back, even after I explained I was still waiting for a response as to a reduced payment, and ended up having to lose a day of work to make sure they got their stuff back, when it could have easily been resolved by them simply picking it up when I took the initiative and told them they needed to get it due to a change in my status. For a couple years, they would randomly call asking me to rent with them again, and my response was to ask if that person was still there, when they said yes, I simply said we will talk when he is gone, because I'm not dealing with him again, and hung up

Great place ever. Even when an issue arises, it it always fixed with no issue. The staff is very friendly and as long as you communicate with them concerning your account, they have no problem helping whenever they can
