SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Hammond

My room was extremely clean. I always check around before I settle in. Everything was stocked. Nothing under the bed skirt or behind the furniture and no critters. I checked the mattresses and was pleased to see they use mattress protectors on the mattress and box springs. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The tub, toilet and sink...spotless. The room was spacious and had a mini fridge and microwave. The full length mirror was a bonus for me. There were lots of cable channels. The air conditioner worked well. There is a laundry room, which came in handy. They have a pool but I didn't use it. The staff was friendly and helpful. Don't panic, it's not a tornado (Oklahoman here) It's just the passing train. I could feel it's rumbling. I missed Duo Dr. when coming in. My tip for getting there....turn into the Taco Bell parking lot like you're going to eat there. The hotel is behind Taco Bell at the end of Duo Dr.

The room was very clean and we loved the location. We had a double queen and we were surprised at how much space we had. Love the separate area with sofa and second tv!

The rooms are clean, well appointed and comfortable in every way. Because I literally arrived and checked in a 2:30am I asked for a 2:00pm check out upon checking in. Normally as A Best Western rewards member such requests are most always granted as a reward perk. Not this time, clerk charged me $20 Late check out fee. Even though I didn’t use the late check out they still charged the $20 fee anyway.nnI stay here in May 2020 before they became a best western affiliated property.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and very nice for the price. The only negative is the rude people talking loud outside at 2am and the train noise.

Very nice , good price. Hot breakfast, pets allowed for a fee.
