Very disappointing with customer service many people like myself waited more than 3.5 hours just to make an appointment. Their website does not work properly, no one answered the phones and no replies on email!

There is not way to get information, had been impossible trying to communicate with the office. This people should be answer a least mail, but nothing.

I've been in 4 different Honduran consulate in the US. And this one is the best out of all four. Very professional and super friendly. We traveled from Norfolk VA. Very happy with the customer service.
