Had one payment left my husband passed away from covid i told them it was his tv they harassed me about one payment manger said he was gonna close the account they then turn around and charge my card anyway with permission worst place ever.

It took a good while to get my new tv. There was a mix up with an old account. But everything worked out. The finance mgr. John was wonderful. Great experience.
