Unacceptable membership cancellation policy. Unacceptable collection of data on members.nnTo cancel membership, I was asked to validate my credit card number that THEY have on file. I felt this was unacceptable. This was after validating the following info:n1. Driver’s license numbern2. DOBn3. Membership Numbern4. Registration Daten5. Phone Numbersn6. NamennThis forcibly makes you come into the store to cancel your membership. However, if you have moved to another area, you may be driving back many miles to get your refund.nnAll of this info is stored in their systems and many other pieces of information. That quick picture they take of your license? All info is read and stored into the system.nnWhich begs the question: Why can't I cancel online? You can join online. Purchase online. In the middle of the pandemic, why do I need to visit a store to cancel my membership? They intentionally make this process hard similar to a cell phone policy or worse. It was easier to cancel a cell phone plan (through AT&T), and we all know how those go.nnKeep your data safe folks. Try another store.

Do you need a large amount of about anything at a good price? Costco probably has it. They have great deals all the time. Their liquor store is excellent with massive 1.75 L bottles of French Vodka for $20, and a lot of other good deals. The Kirkland brand alcohols are surprising high quality and worth trying as you will likely enjoy them.

I really wish Costco had a location available in East Louisville. I come here because it's easiest to drive to from where I live, but I'd love to not have to come all this way. Personnel are courteous and the store is laid-out well. Get here early if you want water, paper towels, and toilet paper. People are starting to buy it up again.

Great prices on meat and veggies. Always something new to look at. The kirkland brand is fantastic. I always get my gas at Costco as well. The cashiers are very fast and efficient. Last but not least the cheese pizza slice tastes just like the kind we had in school..so good!
