I have been looking for a particular item, only sold at Target, for weeks. It has been unavailable online. It came to my attention this (my store) had it in stock. However, it was not in the 2 locations where it should be. So, I asked a teammate, Makayla, who was stocking for help. She was extremely friendly, listened attentively, and after a few minutes was able to locate the item. I've been to 3 states in the last 2 weeks searching and this lovely young lady made my day. Please, Bashford Manor Target, recognize you have a gem in customer service with Makayla!!! She gets 5 BIG Stars in my book!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I love Target so much. Candace, at the Bashford Manor store was amazing. She went above and beyond to greet me when I walked in. She even checked out my items for me. We discussed our love of Fall candles! She was wonderful and so personable.
The shopping experience is always enjoyable. My wife likes to look at all the new items you stock.
Extremely rude barista at starbucks inside. When asked a simple question they responded with an awful attitude.
I think the floor staff are doing a wonderful job handling the influx of customer traffic they’ve gotten during these stressful times.nnThey follow the guidelines in place, though I’ve seen some customers act like its a big inconvenience to wait for that, and get to the next customer as quick as they can with the two or three check lanes they have open, minus the self check out.
