Great breakfast option for a weekend morning if you want to avoid long lines at sit down restaurants but still want savory food that’s filling and not just a cookie.nnWe got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a curried sweet potato turnover for about $5 or $6 each. Turnover was good and flavorful, I would recommend to ask for it to be warmed up otherwise is room temperature.nnCoffee is also good. They have a handful of tables out on the sidewalk and a couple inside the cafe.
Always Good Food. Try the Apple Butter Biscuits! They have a great selection of wine that is not in every store. Did I say try the Biscuits? I was born and raised in the deep south where Biscuits are king. This place does it right!
Top notch pastries, it's becoming a weekly ritual in our house! They also have a selection of interesting wine, bourbon, and some beer if you're passing through
Got a chance to stop in while waiting for my meat load. Coffee is well above average hot and fresh. But the food, is fantastic I personally had the cheese croissant, and the bourbon salted caramel cupcske. Both were simply fantastic. Nice staff and outdoor seating makes for a nice stop.
Decadent pastries. My husband and I traveled a LONG ways to check this place out and we were not disappointed. The chocolate cookie croissant and bourbon sugar cookie were absolute perfection! Everything is homemade and the flavors are rich and perfectly balanced in everything. The staff was incredibly friendly, reflecting great southern hospitality by bringing us out a succulent FRESHLY baked chocolate cupcake with bourbon buttercream frosting. Highly recommend and we will absolutely be returning the next time this Mitten State couple cycles through bourbon country.
