I have a dunkin around the corner from my house and i still drive 15 mins to come to this one. Very friendly staff , my order is never wrong and just a pleasant experience. Im from ny and we have dunkin donuts like every 10 mile radius. So i can tell you this dunkin is far better than other ones in Louisville. Only reason i didnt give it 5 stars is how is egg and cheese cost more than egg cheese bacon. When you ask they say its a different sandwich which cost more?okay?
The staff are always so friendly and cheery! I love going to Dunkin when I get off from work!
The woman who works at night is so nice. She always is patient while waiting for me to scan my app(rewards program) She is often the only employee working and is still very kind! I don't really like their coffee but only went for the free t-mobile Tuesday offer. really cannot say enough about how nice of an employee she is!
Went to this drive thru after night shift and the women in the window was not wearing a mask but I was wearing mine none of the employees was wearing a mask unprofessional don’t go in the morning I don’t recommend this place if they still not wearing their mask the star I Gave was a negative this the only way for me to tell people in my honest review.
Ordered donuts at the drive through. Drove to the pickup window. Lady wasn't wearing a mask. I drove away. If you don't care about my health, you won't get my business. I won't be going back.
