I visit this place real frequently. 3300 Bardstown Rd. Brett is so friendly and very helpful. Brian is always a friendly face to see also. There are several girls that work there that just make my day better as well. This is the only Thornton's I stop at.nThank you Brett and all the other employees that make my days and nights better! Kudos to all!
Ive been in this store multiple times and everytime i go around this hour (1pm, or just plain 1st shift) this foreign lady and black lady always act as if they have a mean demeanor towards me. The foreign lady always tell me she dont know how to split cards at the register and the black lady always rolls her eyes at me and talk rudely. Then they get together and gossip about me, ive caught them a couple of times and now they just do it in plain sight. Im not going to stop going to this reliable store but its definitely something to watch for. Theyre fraudulent.
Incompetent clerk, she can't count to 2 and does not listen. Will wait for the other clerk from now on, tired of incompetence.
This is the worst Thorntons by far in Louisville. Everything is filthy even during coronavirus time. While in there a commercial came on talking about how Thorntons is cleaning thoroughly during this time. lmfao. I will go to the one next door from now on.
Why are the restrooms Always closed for cleaning ??
