Love this place! Staff have always been friendly and they also recognize pups and give them a treat as well
Horrible experience today with this Dunkin Donuts. Ordered through the app and it was supposed to be $18 but checked my card after getting back and it was $22. Called the store to see why this happened and the foriegn woman that answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me twice. Definitely calling corporate. I know it's only $4 but there is no need to be rude and hang up on a customer who is being respectful and just trying to figure out why they got charged extra.
Before they closed for Covid, they had 2 nice young ladies working there and the service was always great. Since they reopened they have an older couple working there, and they just don’t make the coffee well nor provide good service. If I was the owner of this location I would do a reevaluation of the new hires.
I want to go here so bad, since I haven't been since I lived in Newark. I need the help of my soul mate: band lands chugs@ YouTube to pick me up some when I'm in the long island area. If they still got munchkins I won't be let down.
