I love this place but they take 30 minutes per order and when I get more than one thing (like a drink and a bagel) I’ll only get one of the two things. It’s honestly so aggravating and tons of people when waiting to pay ( they take the orders first and then make you wait in another line to pay) will just leave. I’ve gone during the slowest times and i still never get my order right if anything. I hope they can figure out a better system but for now I won’t be going for a long time
First visit and I will be going back. I purchased a hash brown bagel with turkey sausage and egg plus a strawberry banana smoothie. This meal was delicious!
The food is really good but it's really frustrating because they only get my order correct like 50% of the time. And when i say something about it they don't apologize and they make me feel bad for saying something. It also takes 45 minutes to get a bagel when the line isn't even that long so I have NO idea why they are so inefficient.
Who manages this place and why do they only have one bagel toaster when 90% of their sales need to go through it?nnThey could be exponentially more productive if this was addressed and it’s hard to image why it hasn’t been fixed already.
Lovely place to eat. They provide delicious food and excellent service at the reasonable price. The staff was amiable and helpful. I love this place. I'll definitely come back here.
