The lady was super nice. Very informative. They have some cute house decor. They had circle E candles.
I do not recommend this place. My last water test was wrong and their advice caused the pool to turn green. I tested at another place which confirmed their test was flawed. This was the last straw for me. I was already very frustrated working with the staff and getting good explanations on how to take care of my pool. I don’t mind spending extra money at a local business if I am getting quality service and advice.nnEdited: In response, my alkalinity was not at a 0 and instead was in the correct range. Home tests and a test at another store confined the results I got from the water test at your store was incorrect. If I kept following your advice, it would have cost me hundreds of dollars to fix on top of unnecessary product I already bought. Luckily I questioned things on the second day and could reverse action without too much wasted money.
We just bought a pool and our water kept turning green... took a sample brought it to Sabine Pools... they tested told me what I needed and the water is clear like it’s suppose to be.... I wish I can post pictures... THANK YOU SABINE POOLS
