Very friendly and helpful staff. Asked for help from one team member and he didn't quite know where the product I was looking for was. So instead of directing me to a different staff member, he directly went to ask for me and was immediately able to find what I needed. Was in and out within 5 minutes. That so rarely happens at the hardware store.
I went with the intent on buying a refrigerator. Found the perfect one that I liked best and was told they don't have it in stock. Asked if they could deliver to the store and if I could pick it up, was told no. Then I asked if they could deliver to my address and they don't deliver in my area. Very inconvenient and disappointed I left without the refrigerator I wanted and needed.
The store was neat and clean. Signs on flooring and tile with helpful hints for grout color for best results
Customer service does not exist here. Needed some help finding some brass plumbing fittings. After looking through the shelves for about ten minutes I tried to find someone who could help. No one working in plumbing. Went to customer service and asked for help. They said they would send someone. After another 15 minutes passed and I had not even heard them page someone to help in plumbing I went back to customer service. The same girl asked me if I needed help. I said you were supposed to be sending someone to help me in plumbing. Her response was I forgot. I told her not to worry about it because I was taking my business elsewhere to which she said whatever. Never shopping there again!
Service was very good. I had to run in and out they helped me to find what I needed then I was out.
