Prices are a little oddly high for alot of their decor. Why do they think their better than the store next door with the same decor for a fraction of the price. The flickerless candles ud83dudd6fwere too expensive for what it is. With remote and all its ud83dude0b pathetic.

Love the designs but oh boy! Do yourself a favor and never order anything from this company. I don't know what happened to them. I had such a great experience with my past orders.nnRecently I returned an item because it arrived broken, and it's been a month waiting for a replacement. When I called today they said it is back ordered until July next year (Its Nov now). They just never bothered to tell me; so if I hadn't called for an update I would never have known (their website status updates are worthless). As I type this, I am 20 minutes into the agent trying to figure out how to refund my money.....oh wait I hear something... nope just telling me I am going to the elevator music room... ...after ~40 min I'm told to look for a refund in 3-7 business days (one can only hope that is true... we'll see).nnAlso, if you buy a big item never buy it online. After paying $200 for shipping (yes because in the days of Amazon Prime I was dumb enough to pay for shipping) you still have to schedule delivery by CALLING!! some other number (is this 1985?!!). So you are looking about a month to get your item. Oh, and by the way that item can't be returned it is not monogramed or personalized it just happen to be a final sale item.... (which I was never told it was when I ordered so watch out for those sales they promote).nnBottom line I shall still clear of this outpost... and you, kind reader, have been warned....

I tagged along with a guy friend who found precisely what he wanted, on sale. I would definitely recommend waiting for sales but the quality is good so the products are worth it. I mentioned my friend because Pottery Barn is tested and can be relied on for a wide range of tastes and styles from country cozy to chic modern.nnThis particular store was busy, but the customer service is good, helpful and thorough. The store is easy to find in the open air mall, reasonably close to free parking, and accessible regardless of your mobility level. If shopping makes you peckish, there are plenty of good options for food and drinks both in the mail and nearby in the area.

Customer service is atrocious. Ordered a couch, and my original delivery date was set for a month after purchase. The delivery date was continuously pushed back over and over...took 10 months to get my couch. ...AND they double charged me. 2 weeks to get a refund on that. Incompetent company, and non existent customer service.
