I stayed for 6 weeks out of town for work and had an amazing stay. The staff was very helpful and made the stay wonderful. I wanted to recognize one employee, Barbara, that made my stay there so wonderful. She was so sweet in the mornings when I left for work and always helped me if I needed anything while I was there. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!nMy company made my reservations here. This is what I found in the 15 minutes I stayed in the room. I did not stay the night.nFirst let me say that the staff were very friendly.nAnything that was fabric was heavily stained and dingy. The large table had a broken leg that made it barley stand up. Large metal lamp was rusted and all shades were beat up. Fridge might hold a 6 pack. Mattress was uncomfortable and old. Water pressure was a joke and didn't seem to drain very well. Couch was from the 90s. The whole room was seriously outdated. When the air kicked on my wife and I instantly got watery eyes and our throats felt raw. It smelt really musty/moldy. Took about an hour to feel normal again.nI stay in hotels half the year so I know whats good and bad.nThis hotel is an abomination to the Hilton name. I have stayed in Super 8s and Motel 6s that would put this place to shame.nNot sure who the person in charge of making the decisions over this hotel is, but they are either WAY underfunded or seriously incompetent. Then they want to charge you $5 a night to park. It better be to pay an armed guard to walk you to your car so you won't get mugged by one of the many shady characters that walk this area.nI cannot stress how bad the hotel is.nTo have over a 4 star Google rating blows my mind.

Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. If you have high expectations when visiting hotels this one is NOT for you. It’s dated and NOT maintained well. Furnishings have stains and are dingy. (from the lobby to the room)nThe steps from lobby to the atrium are coming apart and held together with tape!nIf you enjoy standing in ankle deep water while showering this is your place.nDamp humid atmosphere in the room, a/c didn’t work properly. Most uncomfortable bed EVER!nPeeling paint on the walls and popcorn ceilings that went away with bell bottoms.nElevator has seen better days. (Slowly creeps up and down)nJust not what you’d expect from an “Embassy Suites”nWe could have stayed at Comfort Inn and Suites and had a better experience.nBest part of our stay was the gentleman serving the “to go” breakfast, friendly and hospitable...5 stars for him!!

Hotel was good. Free breakfast with ticket. 2 free drinks with tickets every night. Rooms were good and very roomy. Customer service was good. The elevators needed some attention.

The people there were very friendly, but like most people have written, the rooms are old and have not been updated. The furniture is old and broken down also. The breakfast was very good. I want to like it more, but will only stay there if there is no where else to stay.
