I’ve been to this pharmacy about 5 times. Every time I am amazed at how slow they are. Even simple prescriptions that were called in a day or two before seem to take at least 20-40 minutes, every time.
Extremely slow. I sent in my order an hour and a half ago so it would be ready ahead of time but I sat behind one car at the window for 20 minutes. Fast food restaurants have figured out how to have cars pull into a parking spot to wait. Why can’t Walmart figure this out? And to top it off. I finally pull in and they don’t have the prescription. Couldn’t they have called us?!
I recently went through the pharmacy drive thru at your new Neighborhood Market in Spanish Fork, Utah. It was 8:30pm and I went to get a prescription that a doctor had written earlier that day. Unfortunately, the doctor did not send the rx to the correct pharmacy. I had to call the doctors office and have them send it to this pharmacy like they should have done in the first place. I went back to the drive thru and told them that the doctor's office should have left a voicemail with the rx info. By this time it was 8:50pm and the pharmacy closes at 9pm. I was sure that I would have to wait until the next day, even though I needed the medicine now. The pharmacy tech (Chris) and the pharmacist (Ryan) were AMAZING! They filled my medicine within 10 minutes and went the extra mile to make sure I had what I needed. They put me first before themselves. They could have said we close in 10 minutes and will have it ready tomorrow, but they didn't. They did what was best for the customer/patient. I appreciate that they were nice instead of acting put out. The pharmacist even went over important info regarding the medication and said "We totally understand. It's not your fault." I cannot thank them enough for their excellent customer service. I was so impressed with this pharmacy staff. Wow!
