Always clean. Fast and friendly service. With a smile.. I hope she was smiling anyway. Lol. Great place for your grocery needs with a variety of goods besides groceries.

I Made a call for a simple request only to learn that the staff, including the store manager did not possess the simple educational level to actually read and interpret the English language. Maybe if they actually took the time to care about their jobs they may show better intellect and atleast try to assist a customer in need of a simple answer to a question that would save said customer from a 30 minute commute just to verify inventory. I pray that the next generation of youth will be better equipped to handle such a large request. God bless us all.

This stores produce dept could use some new staff. Out of date veggies and old fruits are the norm. I have to go digging to get semi-fresh fruits and veggies.nnAlso corporate needs to do a fresh reset on the store. You are constantly walking and looking for items. Also the buyers need to increase selections, and the store manager should make sure the grocery crew fills the out of stock items, such as 5 for $4 items quicker, i.e. Bush's 16oz pinto beans, always on sale...and out of stock, and they only have a #10 can as an alternative!nnMeat dept is good, as well as the deli and hot food bar. The dairy section is good, but needs less private label products and more national brands.nnThe cashiers are friendly and courteous.nnOne more thing, prices at Ingles are considerably higher than Kroger, so we shop there more even though it's 35 miles away.

I used to love Ingles. But this particular one, they baby formula had SO MUCH dust everywhere. Inches of it. And the cashier was rude to me. First Ingles that I've complained about.
