Cassis Dermatology & Aesthetics Center

I will no longer go to Cassis Dermatology... This place has gone DOWN HILL. I called TWICE to CONFIRM they could do a procedure. They called me back and CONFIRMED they could do the procedure I asked about and the way I requested it. I show up, sit in the waiting room for a while, sitting in the exam room even longer... Ms. Newton walked in and within 30 seconds said that was not a procedure they could do.. I of course got upset and was gone in 60 seconds... They charged me, my insurance company and sent me the bill.... I called and left a message for office manager Beth.... She never listened to my voice message, only a note left on her desk with NO information about what occurred... Her message was, you will be charged, period! So I call the office and they advised she was in and I must have left the message on the general mailbox. NOPE, I left it on ext. 206 Beth... It is near impossible getting a call back anyway because Beth's line doesnt ring EVER, it goes straight to voicemail.... She listened to my reasoning for not wanting to be charged and said I will be charged and must pay my portion.. Sad customer service as Cassis... Horrible way to treat any client especially someone going there for eight years! Never again, you will not get another penny from me! Dr. Cassis should be ashamed how bad customer service is! I leave many many 5 star reviews as not to be the guy who only complains, but not this time....

I had a fabulous experience there today as a new patient. I went in for a skin check, but for some reason they didn't have that in their notes so there wasn't really enough time allocated. However, they made it work on their end and I didn't have to come back! Sydney and the rest of the staff took great care of me! The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly , efficient and very personable. I never felt rushed or like I was just another number to them. I am bringing my Little Mama (she's 88) to see them later this month - so you KNOW I wholeheartedly recommend them!

Great staff....damn removal of skin tags makes my skin crawl.

No waiting in the waiting room. The doctor and nurse were top-notch. Pleasant experience for my ten-year-old son.

It’s a nice facility. I don’t really see any reason though, to choose this dermatologist over another dermatologist if you’re looking for a new place to go.
