The most amazing massage I’ve ever had ... Renita knows what she’s doing!! I’ve been to quite a few different places for massages before, and this experience was my favorite. Booking again soon, thank you so much!! :)

Renita was amazing! It was my first time coming here and she made me feel very comfortable. She sparked up a conversation before we got started and was very sweet. I would highly recommend anyone to go here. I felt very relaxed when leaving.

I've been to Exective Retreat two times now. The massages are a solid B however what I don't like is that even though you pay for a hour massage you don't actually get a hour massage. The first time I was there I got on the table 11 minutes after my appointment started, the masseuse wanted to explain what to expect during the massage etc before the massage started which was fine. Then they wrapped up the massage 5 minutes before I was at the hour interval mark, I know this because you can see the digital clock from the table. I got a 44 minute massage. The second time the massage was 8 minutes short of a full hour. I think that's just stingy. There's too many companies out in the Louisville area that will give you an actual massage for a hour instead of timing you the second you walk in the door for your hour.
