They're making the restrictions work. I miss the scalp & hand massage though.
Valerie and Brandon are incredible! They always make me look like my best self, but more importantly, they make me feel amazing. Both are kind and complimentary, and their suggestions are on point. I’ve never been happier with my hair, lashes, and brows!
My actual massage was great. Lauren was an awesome massage therapist and I'd definitely go back to her. Z Salon just need to help the ambiance a bit. It was kind of a bummer that in the middle of it I could hear someone very loudly pulling a cart off the elevator...kind of breaks the mood. Could've been a little darker too, but that's on me because I could've asked.
I had my hair cut and styled with Stephanie. Stephanie is awesome! She is always friendly and really works to understand what you want. We have struggled a bit with one particularly difficult section of my hair and she sought out another opinion to see if there was something else we could try. I really appreciated her openness to learning something new.nThe other stylist was very helpful too.. I walked out with a great cut. Thank you Stephanie!
The COVID carefulness of Z Salon is impressive. I also appreciate the superb communications. As always, the cut and color is terrific! My previous review is 3 years old, and still applies: Such great service, pleasant, professional staff, and AVEDA!
