I haven’t had a single day where the WIFI worked all day half the time it doesn’t work at all I think the bill should be half of what it cost since it only works half the time and it’s always super slow
Worst customer service i have ever delt with! Paid for service over a month ago and when you call and ask whats going on they get an attitude with you like you're wrong for wanting to know something. They set appointments and never follow threw or call to let you know they will not make it. Wish i could rate 0 stars!! Very unprofessional company!!!!
Terrible internet monopoly. You WILL NOT EVER get the speeds you pay for. I do not understand how they can charge almost a hundred a month and still be operating on ancient infrastructure. That this is the only choice in town is nothing short of tragedy. God speed, anyone who wants to watch videos with more than 4 pixels.
We pay $80+ per month for plantels fastest 10 Mbs speed that is always at 2-4Mbs. All Plantel will say is that fiber is coming soon.
Helpful staff. Very nice to customers.
