Wow. Ordered almost $5000 worth of furniture for our house. Delivery day came and they had the wrong box spring, our chest for the bedroom had a hole in the side and our end table was on back order. They told us someone would call on Monday to setup the deliveries for the rest of our items.n6 days later we called them, no one took any responsibility for not calling, just excuses. Took another two weeks for the right stuff except for the end table.nFurniture is okay but just be prepared for absolutely no service once they get your money.

So today I met Ms. Chelsea that had save me time and helped me picked out the perfect piece of furniture, rug, coffee table. I could not be more happier. She really has a true passion for making your choice of furniture a good fit. She creatively interpreted how I wanted my furniture to look in my home. Which added a very good taste to my living room that had nothing. She has exceeded my expectations and beyond customer service. Avoid at ALL COST! Even with payments being automatically drafted from the account they regularly report 30 plus days late to the credit bureau. FYI: the extended warranty, is a joke! The guy came out with wood glue!!! This is not a true warranty as the salesperson explained it was.

Went for a recliner for my back. Nick. McCoy was a great sales person. He didn't follow me around the store but was there when I had questions. He was courteous and polite. The service was quick once I selected a chair. The store is clean. I had a great experience and will return.
