My wife and I came in with the intentions of only getting 1 King size bed and box spring set. Well...we ended up leaving with that and 2 more sets for our home. Russ was exceptional the entire time. I spent the first day looking, taking pictures and wanted to discuss with my wife before pulling the trigger. He made it a point to ensure that there was no pressure felt to buy and especially buy today and appreciated the fact that this was a decision we wanted to make together. Well.. my wife was very pleased as well to where we decided to purchase with Russ over Mattress Firm.

First off the experience was amazing from beginning to end! I would recommend everyone here! Well knowledgeable of comfort levels and recommendations of which mattress to chose from!
