Unique Piece Furniture Store in Dallas, Ga. fits its name! They are uniquely amazing!!! The staff is so attentive and a pleasure to do business with them! The store has so many beautiful and quality made pieces of dining room, living room, bedroom furniture as well as home decor pieces! I have been purchasing my home furniture from Unique Piece for years and NEVER EVER DISAPPOINTED. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 10+

I was very disappointed with this company. I placed the order and was told there was a 6-8 week delivery timeframe.nnTwo weeks later, I was told that the desk I wanted was not available. One week following that, the sizable deposit had not been returned to my credit card.nnIt is poor service to take 2 weeks to tell me you could not get the piece I wanted. I called competitors who were able to tell me within 24 hours if they could complete my order or not.nnI am also stuck paying interest while waiting for my refund.nnThere is some internal process in this company which is not working. Your experience may vary, but you should be aware of mine before doing business with these folks.

We had a very good experience with Unique Piece furniture . They were very professional and courteous. Regina the sales associate was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Very displeased with this store. I don’t not feel they put their customers first. A piece of furniture was purchased and brought into a home that had a infestation of bed bugs in Feb. Not only do you get the “I will call you back” nothing has been done. I am positive they would not allow their family with a very small child to suffer as they “will call you back”. To even give one star is a very very far reach. The issue has caused loss of work and Dr appts. What ever happened to treat others as you want to be treated. I would guess their family is not getting bitten all night with nasty bugs
