Jennifer was amazing to work with. I started my search online and ended up visiting the store to see the furniture pieces in person. I actually changed my mind while there as my husband found something he liked better and we were both happy! No pushy sales discussions and she made herself available when we had questions and allowed us to shop without following us around the store. She had her laptop so she could easily look up the inventory. It was a great shopping experience!
This was my first time shopping at Woodstock Furniture Outlet and to say it was an amazing experience would be an understatement! Brian tended to my every need, changing my order around to my liking and accommodating in any way possible. I had further questions upon delivery and Brian was just a phone call away to help me. I’m so thankful for an associate who took his customer service to the next level to entail I had an awesome experience. Lamar was great in helping choose a mattress and the differences. Also, he helped explain the promotions to get me an upgraded base. Lamar also checked in on delivery day, which was day off, to make sure delivery and assembly went smoothly. The delivery guys, Rod and Glen, were top notch. They were friendly, communicated throughout the day on delivery time, and were quick but thorough with assembly making sure everything was satisfactory before leaving. Overall, great experience and very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Mr. Lamar and Woodstock Furniture Dallas.

I just wanna say they have a great sales associate their by the name of Lamar Copeland. If you definitely want to be treated right go see him. I've done about four purchases there and had great service. More companies need people like him.
