I was really looking forward to getting my carpet cleaned by this company in response to the amazing reviews. Unfortunately, I wasn’t amazed by the results. My carpet was in excellent condition before receiving the service, but since I had a baby this year, I wanted to get it extra cleaned since my baby begun to crawl this week. (Note. My house is 3 years old, and it’s only my family of now three. No pets either). What I was mainly looking forward to was to getting my living room rug cleaned. I obviously expected the carpet in the other rooms to not change by much since it basically looked brand new. The rug on the other hand was probably the one that needed some help because it had about three small stains. Sadly, these weren’t removed, and I’ll be honest, I did not point them out to the nice, polite gentleman, but I did however expect them to be removed without me having to be interrupting him. I was charged $115 for a hallway, bedroom, living room and staircase. It’s not what it says on their website, btw ($85). I can at least appreciate their excellent customer service, but I guess if you don’t participate during the service, you probably won’t receive the results that you might be expecting.
Very professional, on time and courteous. Our company would use this service again, for sure. Our carpet has never looked or smelled this good. Thank you Walter, we appreciate you and your son for a job well done on a Saturday!!! From all of us at the office.
