They came out and installed my floors. Though there are several places in carpet that feel like something is under the carpet overall the installers were very nice. I do not know what's going on under the carpet. But All floor coverings did take care of us and the carpets look nice. how do you figure what was left under the carpet though.

Company scratched my floors up, they broke my sink, which was resolved, however I was told that I would contacted back to see if I had a poor quality of the floors I selected. The manager brought out one of the sales reps who allegedly filed a claim with MSI floors or whatever brand of floors I selected and I never heard back. It’s been about a year, these floors are terrible. They scratch very easily, are not water resistant or water proof and there are bumps in my floors. When my floors were installed the men tried to cover up their scratches with wood filler. They also took some if my tools with them and never returned them. They do not respond to calls.

They are a quality and knowledgeable company and this is the 3rd carpet installation we have used them on.nnTheir installers Pedro and Alexandra were on time, courteous and professional installers.
