Looking for a purple mattress we went to one Mattress Firm store and Mark, the gentleman in the store, said yes, they carried purple mattresses but not in that store. He directed us to their Mattress Firm store on the other side of the highway where we met Melissa, a friendly, personable, knowledgeable and observant sales lady. Observant as she was aware of my hearing disability and knew that reading lips was a great help to me!. She showed the merchandise shown to us, we tried it out, had our questions answered and then she helped us select what we would need and explained the procedure involved to have it delivered and set up. All the details about the mattress, sheets, mattress pad and yes, even a cushion for a chair, were given to us clearly and precisely. We are looking forward to receiving it Thursday and enjoying a wonderful sleep. This was a MOST pleasant experience and would highly recommend Mattress Firm to others! Thank you Melissa for doing such a wonderful job!
Melissa is an excellent customer service rep. One of the best! My boyfriend and I ordered a mattress here in July 2020. It took us 5 1/2 months to get our California king mattress because of stocking issues, but while we were waiting Melissa had the same mattress in a king size sent to us as soon as we moved into our new house. We got so used to the mattress and size we had been sleeping on for 5 months that once we received our California king we really wanted to just keep the regular king. We haven’t ever seen a Cali king until then. Melissa talked to her manager and he was willing to make that happen for us. Communication was great and the delivery process was really easy. We are extremely satisfied with our purchase.
We visited Mattress Firm today to see and feel a variety of mattresses. We didn’t know what to expect since it has been so long since since we needed a new mattress. I am so thankful for the knowledge and personal testimony that Melissa was able to provide us. She was helpful and patient as we made our decision. I would recommend Mattress Firm if you don’t want to make a mistake with your next mattress purchase!
Went in expecting to get something completely different than what I ended up with BUT it was an amazing experience with Melissa! She worked hard to get the deal done! Wonderful customer service!
