As soon as I walked in I was greeted so fast and sweetly by Kayla. She listened to my rambling about the almost conflicting things I wanted in a bed frame and mattress, understood me and got it perfect with the first few recommendations. She was very knowledgeable, gave me all my options for paying/financing; and also showed me what I wanted within my budget. I did not feel like she was just trying to sell me, or push me into a bunch of things I didn’t need. (I really appreciate that part). The whole process between Kayla and Russell went so well, smoothly and fast I think I was in and out of there in less than 20 min.nnAlso, they had delivery available fairly fast which was amazing although I opted to wait a week (personally for my own convenience).nnI don’t have enough good things to say about this place in my short interaction. I also felt very good shopping at a family run business!!
Owner took care of us yesterday, we purchased a king mattress set and frame, purchase was not rushed and we weren’t being pressured to buy, which was a plus. We had looked around at other stores that were extremely overpriced compared to this one. He gave us different options to finance our purchase with and helped us chose the best one. Very friendly! Would recommend to others! Very pleasurable experience!
I just moved in the area, and my daughter needed a box spring for her twin bed. I called the store about 45 minutes until closing. When I arrived the store had exactly what I needed in stock. And it was about $25 dollars cheaper than I had been previously quoted. The transaction was quick but not rushed, and I was assisted with my item and on my way back home just like that. Wonderful family owned business. They were helpful and made buying new mattresses quick and painless even helped loading them all up. We bought a house this year so we needed new beds for our boys and us and the prices were so reasonable and the quality amazing. Definitely recommend!
Customer for life! I previously had a 8 year old traditional pillow top mattress. I purchased a 14-inch gel hybrid mattress 2 weeks ago and I have not slept this solid, for this many nights in a row in YEARS!!! If you need a mattress, Mattress & More is the place to go.
