Salesman Mark at the Hiram, GA showroom was very professional. We shared with him our reservations of delivery based on online reviews. He was not the high-pressure type, explaining pros and cons of each set we looked at. Come on to Hiram, those of you who have had bad experiences. Now to see about quality of delivery service.
Anthony was very knowledgeable and did an exceptional job assisting us in finding the mattress that worked best for our needs. Walked out with a great deal on a really nice mattress.
This is the absolute worst place to get anything. I purchased a mattress and adjustable base. I received my matress the same week and didn't get my base until a month later. Then the delivery people dropped the base off without setting it up. (Which I paid for) Then continues to close the door in my mother's face when I told them over the phone through her that they can go ahead and take it back. They continue to get in the truck laughing and left. I will never get anything else from this place.
I walked in thinking I couldn't afford anything. I was greatly surprised. I left with exactly what I was looking for! Love this place and you should stop in and visit!
Hunter did a great job in helping me choose the right mattress for me and my husband. He was very knowledgeable and explained to me in detail about the mattresses I was considering. Great customer service.
