My experience at this store was amazing! We were greeted properly and helped with the friendliest service ever. There were 3 associates in this store and they ALL were very helpful. What one did not know, the other one did. The associate WITHER was amazing and made the process easy. He even helped up get up and running on our ipad and was ever so patient. THUMBS ALL THE WAY UP TO THIS STORE! Thank you for the awesome customer service experience after having a very BAD experience at 6525 Hiram Douglasville Hwy by a very RUDE Indian guy.

I have a friend who has an account with this company. He received two wireless headsets for his birthday therefore he didn't need the one I bought him. I paid for this item less than a week ago, attempted to return it and was told all sale of accessories were final. However, I was never told this nor does the receipt indicate it. I attempted to return it at another Metro PCS in the area and was told that the wireless headset I had was old and they didn't sell them anymore, otherwise they would have given me my money back. The bad thing about this location is that it is very new in the neighborhood and this is the type of service you are going to give us. They are selling old accessories no one else wants. Therefore, be careful in purchasing items from this location. Or at least check with another store to make sure it isn't an item discontinued otherwise you will end up just like me. Furthermore, what legitimate company doesn't list their corporate CEO or President. I'm so proud to be with Sprint as what I've gone through today would have never happened. I would not give this store a rating at all but in order to post my review I had to select at least one star

My daughter and I recently switched from sprint and bought two a20s the sales rep was so sweet and very much over whelmed her manger came in and out the store more then twice and didn’t attempt to help her I felt bad poor management and it smelled like tobacco throughout the store , they were also missing so many of the phones on display luckily the rep knew the phones

Came into the store the other day and I was unsatisfied when I walked in. Store was Okay but I was given poor customer service, the manager seemed like she was on something or something was wrong with her. Need new management ASAP ! Unacceptable for a business to run this way!
