I recommend everyone to this store. Every time I go in they solve all of my problems and more. They have tons of promotions and an amazing staff. Clayton and Amanda are the best!
If I could zero stars I would. The staff are not friendly at all. I have been to this location twice to get a phone and both times they tell me that their sprint site is down. This place needs to have a meeting with the staff to be more friendly and try other ways to help. Their were 5 employees at this location and not one person tried another option. They just said the sites down but you can go to the Hiram location. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

I was there just about a month ago, I replaced a Moto G Power with the Samsung Galaxy s20 Fe 5g. I can't find the note where I wrote down the names of those that helped me, but I cannot recommend the store enough.nnThey respected my space and let me take my time. They were very patient with the process of switching my data over and getting in touch with my previous provider (SmartTalk has good service but their admin side is objectively terrible and designed to be confusing).nnIt was a great environment and the current crew has great people.
