On 1/21/21 I ordered a dresser. When it was finally delivered, to the wrong address ..my house not my daughters, it had a broke leg. I went to the Hiram store to let them know and was told the warehouse had some in stock but couldn't be delivered til 2/19. No call no nothing on 2/19. 2/23 went to the store to ask to have the 509.00$ refunded. Was told it would be processed from corp in Dublin in 10business days. FFS. The refund did come within the 10 days...the only good thing they've done for us
Such a great selection as well as excellent staff. Could not ask for a better establishment. I'm glad they are so spread out through the state for convenience of contact and shopping but even more glad they are in my area.
I want to see more varieties of merchandise.
