This has to be the best overall CUSTOMER SERVICE I've experienced in the 14 yrs I've been a Customer of T-Mobile. Everyone is cordial and make you feel welcomed. Octavia went above and beyond her call of duty to make sure I left her store a satisfied Customer. With her product knowledge, patience and time management she was also able to offer the same quality of service to others while I trust her process

First off, there were 2 stores near each other in Hiram. One was a former Sprint and is closed. But this T-Mobile store IS still open (near the Game Stop).nnAnyways, I've been looking for a specific phone for months and could not find it. I stopped here by chance, and although it was busy, Noamy greeted me immediately and tried to help me as best she could. When she realized I needed to speak to a tech, she took my information. I was help by Octavia who was great! She looked in the computer to see if the phone was available and she went to the back to look. They didn't have it, but I truly appreciated that she did not try to sell me on anything else as she knew that I wanted a specific phone. She called another store and was finally able to find one and had them hold it for me.nnBoth Naomy and Octavia were incredibly helpful, super friendly, and went out of their way to help me. This type of customer service is the excat reason that I have been with T-Mobile (originally Voicestream) for 21 years.nnThank you for helping me get the exact phone I wanted Octavia and Naomy!

Maria was amazing! She helped fix a wrong order made by a Online TMobile representative by the name of Malinda. She told me how I could fix everything. She was patient and kind. She is the true embodiment of what a T-Mobile employee should represent.
