Washer door broke, so while waiting for Sears to order the part, I decided to rent one in the mean time. OMGOSH! Worst experience I’ve had in a longggg time at this Hiram location! Took them about a week of back and forth calling to finally get the order together. Had to speak to someone new every time I called, no system or coordination! Promises to return calls and follow up never occurred. Associates were very rude and not helpful. Finally had to take my business to another store in Marietta. This store does not appreciate your business and you deserve better!nTheir prices are crazy and then on top of that they have horrible customer service. In this day and age, they should be out of business. Other RACs are refusing to do business with them, that’s how bad they are!

It took me awhile to write this review because how embarrassed I was. I brought something from them cash price because how cheap it was and I couldn’t have passed it up. Four days later after receiving the item I seen a roach in my house, not a water bug a actually house roach. I spent more money paying for pest control than the actual item I brought. I called Rent-A-Center told them my sorry and of course they wouldn’t take the blame for it. I had them refund me back my money and pick the item up. I should have known better. Lesson learned

So they came out this morning to pick up my computer. The first guy came to the door and handed a door hanger to call and schedule for pick up. He went back to the van. A few minutes later a second guy come to the door and comes in and gets the computer and was really rude. And as he walked out he walked out looked at the other guy and ask what he needed him to do like the first guy could have came in himself so he could sit in the vannHe then got in the van amd let the first guy do all the work with putting it in the van and getting it situated. Also we have a dog and the dog was walking around the second guy and he got an attitude saying man can you put your dog away.

Great products, but will call you the morning your payment is due. Could definitely understand calling the day after, if unpaid.

You can buy it outright for half the cost. Super friendly staff they do help people that had credit problems that's why they're there so if you need to low payments to have something now definitely come here. But if you have the money, you're better off buying it outright or doing the six months same as cash plan.
