I have to say that I have not been happier with a store before. I visited this store on a Saturday and I thought it would be a bad experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the manager, Julianna! She told me about the wait time, 20 min, I'm glad I waited. While waiting I noticed how all employees were constantly cleaning their area, smiling and greeting people. Everyone was so nice even with a super busy store. They were also very nice to each other, the other manager kept checking on the staff. They all also made sure EVERYONE was wearing a mask, that made me feel completely safe there. I then was then helped by the lady named Shacole, she was extremely helpful and kind. I loved the staff and the atmosphere. I will send everyone I know there! You guys probably don't hear it enough, but thank you for being so awesome!
Store had quite a few customer but we were in and out, added line, sim install and paperwork.. probably 10 minutes. Was pretty impressed. Wonderful, professional rep took care of us **373
The repair technicians at this store have saved me i think some where between 3-5 times. I have a s10+ and work in construction which I have had to replace the screen some where between 3-5 times. They've always got my phone back to me within 2 hours of dropping it off. They are great!!!!!nnNow I do have to wait somewhere between 15-40 minutes to meet with a salesperson to be checked in and then wait until they are able to get me to the counter and set up the repair ticket.nnBut the repair technicians are awesome great job guys. I am really appreciative of yall.

How he did that none of us knew. We had checked everywhere we had went, and couldn’t find it.nWe appreciate you for getting it and keeping it in your store. Only gave a one star because I had to in order to write a review. I simply PITTY this company. Its the worst customer service you will ever receive. No one answers the phones. The managers are just straight rude and incompetent of their job and lack proper training (Josh and Juilianna) Every person you talk to gives you a different answer about everything which is crazy since they all work for the same company. Our bill fluctuated every month. It was never consistent even though we had the same things EVERY month. Then come to find out about 3-4 months ago, we were being charged a $36 reconnection fee every month for the past 7 months even though our phones were never disconnected (I know- partially our fault for not being more aware) Not to mention all the extra charges every month that for some reason nobody could explain why and where they came from. We paid $400 a month for 3 lines for horrible service and horrible customer service. We recently switched to verizon and pay almost $200 LESS for the same plans and newer phones and better phone and customer service. If anything save yourself and run VERY far away from here.nnOH and don't ask for the higher up numbers because you will be told there isn't one.
