Wow. This place is a joke. We ordered from them over two weeks ago so everything would be in place when we moved. Today they showed up with one mover and the manager. They managed to put the couch together but did not have tools for the table or washer/dryer we ordered. They left with the understanding they would be back in about an hour. That was fine, well 3 hours later we called and they were still out doing other deliveries.nnFinally, show back up at 8 to setup our bed we ordered. It took them until almost 11. Well they brought the wrong mattress and box spring and did not put slats in the frame so when we laid down the mattress fell causing me to fall on the floor.
I ordered a new refrigerator and paid cash up front. It was delivered the next day by Thomas and Isaiah from the Hiram, Georgia store.nThey were extremely helpful and very courteous. We had issues getting the refrigerator in my front door, and both of them made sure I knew how to modify it to get it in.nnI hope Aaron's knows the value of the hard work that these two men put into their job. Even in the face of difficulty, they didn't get frustrated, they thought out of the box to make me a very satisfied customer!nnThe staff at the store were very helpful over the phone when ordering and I was able to get the information I needed to purchase it.nnI will definitely go there again if I need anything!
Wouldn't rent from them again bought mattress stained on half of it plus bad customer service paid off 8 accounts in 2012 don't rent from them
