I have been to several area furniture stores in the past month and have had a variety of experiences and disappointments. I finally walked into Mark’s yesterday (for the first time ever) and was very surprised to find a good selection of quality furniture at prices less than I expected. I found them to be friendly, knowledgeable, courteous, and accommodating. I was looking for furniture that didn’t seem rickety and flimsy and was starting to think that all furniture quality has just fell by the wayside. I found exactly what I was looking for, it was in stock, it was $400 cheaper than what I was considering settling for at the bigger named store, and they even got it out to me same day! (I realized I completely lucked into that last one but I am so grateful that my furniture buying nightmare is over).
Owner and staff were very helpful in finding what we wanted in furniture. Prices were competitive with other local furniture stores.
Customer service is superb! Very easy to talk to and deal with!
