Called to get our final payment total last week, and when I drove almost an hour to pay the total balance they gave me, they then told me it had gone up over $200, because the 120 dy payout option ran out 2days after I called them. Yet they didn't say anything to me about that when I called. Wasted trip and and will not be doing anymore business with them
I asked them to wait until next week to charge my card because I don't have the money and they still sent a small charge for 9.99 which put my bank account in the negative which is give me a 36 dollar over draft charge. I told them I did have no money lost my job do to covid 19 had to talk a lesser paying job so I lost income a little over 400 dollar from 800 something a week to 350 a week. I emailed y'all and none emailed back but now the 9.99 and a 36 dollar o er draft fee came out my check today
They do not stand behind their product. I rented bunkbeds and the full size mattress. Springs started coming out of it after 6months of having it. So i called Aaron's to see what they could do. I talked to a man named Joe at the Chatsworth location. He strung me alone for 2months and then i got put off on a lady named Kristin, she tried to string me alone for 2 weeks. They both made me think i would get another mattress. I found out they want to charge me a additional$200 for another mattress. This is really ridulous and my business will go elsewhere.
Great service & easy payment plan
Everyone is friendly and kind they always greet you with a great smile, and always help me out when I need it. They work with you and your budget! Definitely recommend family and friends to go to Aaron’s :)
